Shipping Destinations

At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. International shipping is not available.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. Rest assured, we’ll communicate any significant delays promptly.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees for your order are calculated as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (via USPS, FedEx, or UPS): $6.99 for the first 2 items, plus $2.50 for 3 or more items in the same order.

For example:

  • 1-2 items = $6.99

  • 3 or more items = $9.49 (6.99 + 2.50)

  • Free shipping when spending $75 or more

Shipping Carriers

We partner with USPS, FedEx, and UPS to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. The carrier used for your shipment will depend on the size and weight of your package, as well as your location.

Delivery Times

After processing, delivery times vary by location. Most customers can expect their orders to arrive within 2-7 business days, depending on the carrier and shipping destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number. Use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

Return Policy

At Tumblers N Threads, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help with hassle-free returns.

Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items that meet our return conditions.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be unused and in their original condition.

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact and included.

  • Must not show any signs of wear, tear, or damage.

  • Important Note: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How to Process Your Return

To start the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service

Reach out to our customer service team to initiate your return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  1. Ship the Item Back

Once you have your RMA number, package the item along with the original packaging, tags, and accessories, and ship it back to us at the designated address.

  1. Inspection

When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements.

  1. Refund or Exchange

      • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

      • Exchanges will be processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days of approval.

Important Notes

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the product is defective or damaged.

  • If the item was defective or damaged upon arrival, we’ll cover the return shipping fee and ensure a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
